Meet your teacher

Hi, I’m Rashida, I’m really excited to be sharing this knowledge with you. Teaching bakers patisserie skills is something I’m really passionate about and I love to share and help others who might otherwise find certain techniques intimidating to attempt.ㅤ I have been a Pastry Chef for over 15 years and worked in some of the best establishments in London before starting my own business in 2020. One of my favourite things about patisserie is that once you have a good understanding of the core ingredients and techniques and how they work in relation to each other, you are then able to really get creative. One of my Croquembouche highlights was definitely having 2 of my towers featured in the world renowned Pastry Arts Magazine. Developing my own range of Croquembouche flavours has allowed my home based Patisserie to stand out. My goal with this course is to give you a fantastic solid foundation with recipes and Techniques that you can trust Time and time again. Once you have learned these techniques you will be able to experiment and explore different flavour combinations and designs to reflect your style.
